On 6th July 2010, the qBittorrent developers announced the availability of the first Windows installer for qBittorrent. qBittorrent is an open source bittorent client based on libtorrent library and Qt framework. The development was started on March 2008. Previously, qBittorrent is only available for Linux/Unix operating system only.
