New uTorrent Can Bypass Traffic Shaping, efficiently?

Is the latest uTorrent, 1.8 (still in alpha version) can bypass TMNet traffic shaping?

In the test, I run the same torrent simultaneously using the alpha version of uTorrent and Halite. The torrent is good seeded actually. And both get nice speed!
