UIF disc image format is a proprietary format for MagicISO. I found 2 freeware that can convert UIF files to ISO.

1. MagicDisc (MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM)

MagicDisc is a freeware by the author of MagicDisc. It is basically a virtual drive that can read UIF files, and come with the function to create ISO images.

- First, mount the UIF image with MagicDisc. Right click the MagicDisc icon on the system tray, Virtual CD/DVD-ROM > Mount, and select the UIF file. Wait for the UIF image to be verified.

- Next, right click MagicDisc icon on the system tray, choose Make CD/DVD Image

- For CD/DVD-Driver, select the MagicDisc virtual CD/DVD (MagicISOVirtual DVD-ROM) (1), which is the drive that you mount the UIF file in the first step. For output format, select Standard ISO image file(.iso) (2). In the Output File, select where you want to save the converted ISO image (3).

- Click OK, and wait the conversion process to finish.

2. UIF2ISO

UIF2ISO is a command line tool to convert UIF images to ISO image. If you love using command line tools instead of the one with GUI, this might be the tool for you. The author also created a tool to convert DAA images (PowerISO images) to ISO. UIF2ISO and DAA2ISO are open source.
