Pocket Quran is a free Java based software for your mobile phone. It is a complete Holy Quran in Arabic for Java-enabled phones. Any modern mobile phones that have MIDP 2.0 can run this software.
You can download it via WAP at wap.pocketquran.com or download to your PC from the website. You can transfer to your phone later using bluetooth or memory card.

ImageShack Drive: Free TorrentFlux-Like Hosting

ImageShack is now offering free TorrentFlux-like hosting. Basically, TorrentFlux is a web based bittorrent client that runs on web servers, and it is controlled by using web browser. The download will continue even if you shutdown your computer. After the downloads finished, you can download the files via HTTP or FTP.
To run TorrentFlux, you are likely need a powerful web server, usually the dedicated server which is expensive to ordinary user. There are also commercial TorrentFlux hosting services available for a price.

ImageShack offers this service for free! You will get only 5GB of disk space and 10.0GB monthly bandwidth for free. Upgrade options are also available. This service is still new, so you can expect a few downtimes.
The interface is also simple. You will get the basic control options such as stopping and resuming the downloads, file section, error checking, individual task status and real time reports. Torrent files can be uploaded locally or via URL.

I think upload speed for torrent tasks is limited to 20kB/s only, and I’m not sure whether it offers seeding task or not. The download speed of the torrent tasks is also pretty slow. I still haven’t test the HTTP download speed, I will post the update later. So far, the options on the interface will let you limit HTTP download speed to a maximum of 9999kB/s.

No seeding task offered. Just download. The torrent downloads will expired after 250 hours after it has finished downloaded. As for download options, you can download all the files from the torrent task at once, and all the files will be zipped before you download it, or, you can choose to download individual files.

The HTTP download speed is slow (at least for me, maybe it is because of the connectivity from TMNet to international sites). The bandwidth is only count for HTTP download, not the torrent task.
